A place to stay and relax
The Lenkerseeli has its charm in every season. A place of tranquillity in close proximity to the village and with a far-reaching view across the small lake to what is probably the most beautiful end of the valley in the Alps.
The idyllic lake, which belongs to the nature reserve of the same name, is only a few minutes' walk from the village centre. There is a walking path around the lake, summer and winter. If walking in winter is not sporty enough, you can also visit Lenkerseeli on cross-country skis on the trail from the village towards Simmen Falls. In summer, you can watch the ducks and birds that make their home here. Lenkerseeli is a place to take a deep breath and enjoy nature! Pictures of the beautiful mountain scenery with the Wildstrubel and the lake succeed particularly well here.
The Lenkerseeli is a 10-15 minute walk from Lenk village. There is no parking directly at the lake, driving is prohibited! There are public parking spaces in the village.
There are public toilets behind the kiosk at the AlpKultur® play area Lenkerseeli.
Food and drink
In summer, the kiosk serves you at the playground, right next to the Lenkerseeli. During the winter season, the kiosk is closed. There are benches for picnics in summer and winter. Otherwise there are restaurants in the village.
