The aroma of sun-drenched alpine herbs from controlled organic farming in the Bernese Oberland greets you as you enter the factory of SAH Alpenkräuter. Take a tour through the factory and find out what it takes to get the herbal blends and other products onto the kitchen shelves all beautifully presented, and tickle your taste buds with a few delicious samples.
SAH Alpenkräuter AG was founded in 1991. The company is located in a small village in the midst of lush meadows and gentle mountain slopes nestled in the Swiss Alps. Thanks to the unique location in Simmental with a high level of sunshine, the herbs that grow here are usually only found in the Mediterranean. SAH specialises in the gentle drying and processing of these fresh, aromatic alpine herbs. This is how the wonderful herbal salt mixtures, syrups and teas are made. A unique taste experience!

Tours
Every Wednesday at 10 a.m. CHF 8.– per person, children free of charge. The meeting point is SAH in Därstetten.
Reservation required only for groups of 10 people or more.
Further dates are also possible on request.
