The art of paper cutting, with its remarkably detailed images, tells stories about the culture and tradition of the Swiss Alps. Get a sense of this sophisticated technique up close and find out more about the impressive craft.
Surrounded by the exhibition at Berghaus Iffigenalp, you will have the opportunity to learn the technique of paper cutting. Under the guidance of Elisabeth Beutler, a passionate paper cutting artist, you can cut your own paper cut. You will take the framed souvenir home with you.
During a presentation you will get an insight into the art and the exciting history of silhouette cutting. Examples will show you the craft.

Paper cutting workshop
Every Tuesday, 30 May to 10 October 2023 from 2.00 to 4.00 p.m. (subject to changes).

The course costs CHF 55.– per person including a self-cut souvenir.
The course takes place at Berghaus Iffigenalp.

The course requires at least 2 people to be able to go ahead (maximum 4 people).
The minimum age is 12 years.
