Work & Bike’n’Hike Week

We are looking for motivated hikers and mountain bikers who are interested in nature-friendly and sustainable trail construction and would like to make their contribution to a well-maintained trail network in Lenk. This year, the trail building professionals from Vast Trails will once again provide professional guidance and will be happy to share their tips and tricks for user-friendly and low-maintenance trail building. You will learn the basic techniques of trail building and can put them into practice directly on a section of trail.

The shovelling and picking should also be rewarded: Half of the time you will be busy with trail building, during the other half of the day you can enjoy the region as holiday guests and have fun on the many trails and enjoy the great landscape of the Lenk-Simmental region. The reward is a free overnight stay including breakfast in the Mountain Lodge and the final dinner on Thursday evening. Participants will also receive mountain railway tickets for the whole week (MO-FR) and admission to the Wallbach adventure pool.
