In the Simmental, the hiking season doesn't end with winter! With numerous, varied routes for all abilities in the midst of an unspoilt mountain landscape, the Simmental is a paradise for anyone looking for a leisurely break.

Unwind, breathe in the clear mountain air, listen to the soft crunching of the snow underfoot and do something good for body and soul. Perfectly groomed and varied hiking trails lead you through a dreamlike winter landscape. The choice is varied: whether in the village of Lenk, on the Betelberg, in Boltigen on the Jaunpass, in Erlenbach on the Stockhorn, in Oberwil on the Rossberg or along the Simme - every trail through the picturesque Simmental villages is a special experience. The Jaunpass, the jewel of Boltigen, offers an 8 km long, groomed winter hiking trail in the pass area, which also offers special experiences in the evening: 2 km are illuminated until 11 pm. Here you can switch off wonderfully and enjoy the peace and quiet. The panoramic view of the Simmental and the glistening snow will make you forget everyday life and marvel at the scenery.

Hiking pass Lenk
With the hiking pass you benefit from unlimited use of the Betelberg gondola lift and the Stand-Xpress. The buses can only be used free of charge with the SIMMENTAL CARD (guest card).

The winter hiking trails on the Leiterli are open from 10.00 am.
