We are delighted that you are interested in a holiday in the destination Lenk-Simmental. Please read the following general booking conditions carefully. They are an integral part of every contract with Lenk-Simmental Tourismus AG.

Cancellation coverage
Lenk-Simmental Tourismus AG will reimburse the cancellation costs (max. CHF 5,000) for a protected person if the arrangement cannot be taken up due to an unforeseeable reason or has to be cancelled early.
The package can be booked via Lenk-Simmental Tourismus AG when booking the hotel or holiday flat. The cost of the cancellation cost protection is 5% of the package price. The benefits are defined in the conditions listed below.
