First you take the Stand-Xpress from the Metsch valley station up to 1470 m above sea level.

The tour begins with a small ascent and then follows the altitude for a while through wooded areas. Passing the Tannenbühl district, the trail climbs again to the Bühlberg restaurant. Afterwards, the restaurant is an excellent place to stop for a bite to eat.

From the Bühlberg restaurant, you can either walk or take the local bus back to Lenk.

  • Approach

    By car via Zweisimmen to Lenk. At the traffic circle in the center of the village, drive straight ahead to the Stand-Xpress valley station.

  • Accessible by train and bus. Timetable: SBB

    Outward journey: By train via Zweisimmen to Lenk. On foot or by local bus to the Stand-Xpress valley station, Metschbahnen bus stop.

    Return journey: By local bus from Bühlberg back to Lenk.

  • Plenty of free parking spaces at the valley station of the Stand-Xpress.
