Get an insight into the world of Simmental beer. Enjoy the beer specialties and find out how this barley juice is brewed.

The incomparable Simmental beer has been brewed at the foot of the Wildstrubel massif in the Simmental since 2014. Since the first brew, the beer has been brewed and bottled by hand using traditional methods. From production to bottling and logistics, everything is done under one roof. Get to know the many beer styles that the beer world has to offer and find out a little more about the beer with the cow in its logo. The Simmentaler Bier team looks forward to your visit to the Braustube. You will be guided through the brewery by a Simmentaler Braumanufaktur employee and gain an insight into the knowledge of a master brewer - from raw materials to beer science.
