Discover the most beautiful places in the Simmental by bike.

A well-maintained cycle path leads through the valley floor of the Simmental, from Erlenbach to Lenk. An easy route without great differences in altitude, which takes you through the villages of the Simmental, to fireplaces, past beautiful Simmental houses on the Hausweg. A wonderful way to enjoy a leisurely ride through the Simmental. One stage of the national cycle route 9 (Lakes Route) leads through the Simmental. On stage 3 from Gstaad to Spiez, you cycle through the Simmental on this route.

Cycle routes
Lenk - Simmenfälle, 5 km, the route is flat, well suited for families
Lenk - Zweisimmen, 13 km, the route is flat, well suited for families
Zweisimmen - Boltigen - Wimmis, 32 km
Zweisimmen - Gstaad, 13 km

Cycling maps
Various topographical maps can be purchased at the Tourist Center Lenk.

Transportation by train
Bike day pass for CHF 15.–. If the route is short (less than CHF 15.–), you pay half the regular fare, with or without half-fare card and GA travelcard.
