Para Snowboardcross World Cup Lenk 2027

Cross action on the Betelberg

Lenk in World Cup fever: The Para Snowboardcross World Cup races stopped off in Switzerland for the first time. The spectacular competitions took place in January at the Hasler Cross Park on the Betelberg

With the integration of the Para World Cup races into a three-event cross block, the Para races took place following the Ski Cross European Cup races and the FIS Snowboard Cross races. This is a good example of inclusion and creates synergies with the other events already established in Lenk. In January 2027, the races in Lenk will take place for the second time, just before the Paralympics.

Para athletes from around the world will find a perfectly groomed snowboard cross course at Betelberg, featuring exciting elements in a unique setting. The cross was very popular during the first edition, and athletes as well as the organizing committee are already looking forward to nonstop action on Lenk’s local mountain.

For several years now, Betelberg and Lenk have also served as the official training base for the Swiss Para Snowboard Cross National Team.
