The start of the path is at the campsite on Jaunpass. The hiking trail starts easy and flowy. After the valley station at the Winteregg ski lift, the singletrail is partially root-covered. Be cautious in wet weather. The path now gets steeper. The first part is done after crossing the pass road.

Continue over the natural hiking trail. Steeper or flowy sections and short uphill segments alternate. Partly the path goes through the forest. In the village of Weissenbach, the main road is crossed. From here the national bike route leads to Boltigen train station.

Enjoy this descent several times a day. Riding up with the public bus serves for relaxation.
