The 10-seater gondola lift Stand-Xpress of the Adelboden-Lenk mountain railroads takes you comfortably to Mittlstaton Metsch, the starting point of the hike. The hike is almost flat, along alpine roads towards Louene. From here, you follow a hiking trail that leads through the wild Bummerebach stream. The path now climbs steeply, but don't worry, it's only a few meters up to the idyllically situated Nessli Beizli. The further you hike, the more imposing the rock faces of the Ammertehore appear. From Nessli to the Siebenbrunnen, the downhill alpine path is wide so that you can really enjoy the view of the Ammertetäli.
"D'Sibe Brünne" - the source of the Simme, which gives the valley its name, lies on the Rezliberg. In summer, up to 2,800 liters per second flow over the seven springs of the limestone wall. This place of power and the meringue with nidle in the Siebenbrunnen restaurant are well worth a break.
The route follows the Simme down to the Simmenfälle restaurant, still on an alpine road, into the valley. Halfway down, the route passes the Barbara Bridge. At the end of the tour, the white spray on the bridge offers a pleasant way to cool off.
