The tour starts with a long, fairly even climb up an asphalt road to the Rüwlis Pass. The last stretch up to the pass is a tough one, the last 500m of ascent are very steep! You'll be glad of the powerful turbo mode here! A short connecting section of approx. 200m from the Rüwlispass to Unter Zwitzeregg (very good alp cheese in the fridge at the alp!) leads along the hiking trail. The route continues on a gravel road, mostly along the high ground to Hornberg in Saanenland. The view of the Turbach valley is particularly beautiful here. After a break in one of the two restaurants on the Hornberg, you descend to Saanenmöser via the asphalt mountain road. A road with little traffic continues through the Oeschseite down to Zweisimmen. The flat cycle path takes you back to the starting point at St. Stephan.
