The route Silleren–Hahnenmoos–Nassberg–Bütschi begins colorful and floral: After starting at the mountain station of the Silleren cable car, hikers first take the flower path towards Hahnenmoos on this route. After about an hour, the pass height between Lenk and Adelboden is reached – and you are still at almost 2000 m above sea level. Now the path takes a left curve: on the ridge path towards Nassberg, the panorama remains impressive, while around you the protective forest and alpine pastures alternate. Finally, the gentle descent into Bütschi follows, the home of the legendary herb woman Vogellisi. High on the right rise the rock walls of Fitzer and Rotstock – no wonder the mythical figure chose this remote and mysterious setting. The subsequent return journey is no witchcraft though: the bus in Bergläger runs less than a 30-minute walk away.
