With varied routes for every level amid an unspoiled mountain landscape, the Simmental is a paradise for the leisurely athlete.

This circuit between the village of Lenk and the Simmen Falls is designed to be easy and only gently moves up and down.

Public Transport

Train to Lenk. Check the timetable at SBB.
Parking

Parking lots in the village of Lenk, at the Nordic Center Lenk near the Stand-Xpress valley station, and at the Simmen Falls.
Directions

The start of the cross-country trail is in the village.

The trail is signposted. It can also be skied in the opposite direction or in sections only.

The trail is close to the Lenk – Simmen Falls bus line, so you can transfer to the bus.
Safety Instructions

Dogs are prohibited on the cross-country ski trail.
Equipment

Equipment can be rented at the sports shops in Lenk and at the Nordic Center Lenk near the Stand-Xpress valley station.

Trail tickets are available at the Tourist Center Lenk, the Nordic Center Lenk, and the sports shops. All trail passes can also be purchased via the langlauf.ch app and loaded onto your smartphone. Just download the app and select the Lenk trails.
