Moors are wet, nutrient-poor, and acidic habitats. Only very robust and undemanding plants and animals can live here. In the moors, you find "specialists" such as sedges, rushes, cotton grasses, and orchids. Their special colors and shapes characterize the landscape. A tree trunk platform also allows breathtaking views into the habitat of wild animals. With some luck, chamois can be observed in the wildlife sanctuary during a ravine crossing. For families, there is a "treasure map" for exploring the 484-hectare area. Source Switzerland Tourism
