Away from everyday life and hectic, surrounded by the breathtaking silence of the snowy landscape, you hike on our well-prepared winter hiking trails through the beautiful Stockhorn area.

The somewhat more demanding route leads from the middle station Chrindi up to the idyllic alpine huts “Oberbärgli” at Lasenberg (approx. 45 min.). An unforgettable nature experience that makes you forget everyday life step by step. The return journey (approx. 30 min.) is on the same path.

  • Approach

    By car to Erlenbach in Simmental, Stockhorn cable car valley station

  • Arrival and departure: By train to Erlenbach. On foot to the valley station of the Stockhorn cable car (follow the signs). Take the cable car to the middle station Chrindi.

  • Paid parking spaces at the valley station.

  • Chrindi-Oberbärgli-Chrindi

  • This route runs on groomed winter hiking trails.

  • We recommend the following equipment: sturdy and waterproof mountain boots, light to medium backpack, cold protection, sun protection, hiking poles, pocket first aid kit, snacks, tea in a thermos, mobile phone.
