Start and finish is at the Jaunpass. After the first descent on the well-maintained pass road, continue downhill from the Simmen valley into the Stocken valley. From Wattenwil, the climb to the Gurnigelpass begins. The next descent leads on asphalt road into the Freiburgerland. Along the Sense back towards Charmey through the Freiburg region. The final climb awaits, the last elevation can be pedaled comfortably back up to the Jaunpass. The road here is freshly renovated and a pleasure to ride.
  • Approach

    Access to Boltigen via Thun – Wimmis. In Boltigen/Reidenbach follow the turn-off to the Jaunpass.

    Access from Bulle via Charmey – Jaun to the Jaunpass.

  • By train to Boltigen, then bus connection to the Jaunpass. Check the timetable at SBB.

  • At the Jaunpass or at Boltigen train station.

  • Jaunpass – Boltigen – Reutigen – Wattenwil – Riggisberg – Gurnigel Bad – Gurnigelpass – Schwefelbergbad – Sangerenboden – Zollhaus – Plaffeien – Plasselb – Giffers – Montévraz – la Roche – Hauteville – Botterens – Charmey – Jaun – Jaunpass
