LUH celebrates vegetarian sharing cuisine that is locally rooted and internationally inspired. What's on the table is seasonal, creative and full of character - sometimes fermented, sometimes raw, sometimes surprisingly familiar. The dishes are meant to be shared - because eating here means encounter.

They are accompanied by natural wines, unfiltered, lively, sometimes funky - always genuine. Vegan or low intervention is not a trend at LUH, but an attitude. Just like the design, sound and atmosphere: reduced, well thought-out, sensual.

It is uncomplicated, but not arbitrary. Young, but not loud. Sexy, but with depth. Here, honest, warm hospitality is cultivated at eye level - without chichi, but with a lot of flair. And when a good record is playing on the hi-fi system, everything is in balance. LUH is not a place to eat - LUH is a feeling.
