The family-friendly, sunny 3-room apartment with approx. 60 m2 is in a quiet but central location near the valley station of the Betelberg gondola lift. The walk to the village center takes approx. 5 to 10 minutes. The apartment has two bedrooms with 2 beds each, a spacious living and dining room with a seating area and a hatch from the kitchen to the dining table. The kitchen with dishwasher is equipped with a Nespresso and filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue set and much more. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/bathtub and toilet. The large south-facing balcony with an unobstructed, magnificent view of the Wildstrubel mountain range invites you to have breakfast at the table for 4 people, sunbathe and relax. In the basement of the multi-family chalet, the children will find a table tennis table, various board games and a reading corner in the communal playroom. Also in the basement you will find a small fitness room, a laundry room with a tumble dryer and a room for ski and hiking boots. The apartment has a garage (no. 1) as well.

The multi-family chalet has fast internet/WiFi (G.fast / approx. 450 Mbit/s). The TV in the living room has a satellite reception, WiFi and its own Netflix account, which is available at no extra charge.

The apartment is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
