3 1/2 room apartment in a multi-family chalet with elevator in a quiet and idyllic location with a wonderful mountain panorama from the balcony. Ideal location for hiking and skiing. The apartment is located near the Simmen Falls. The cross-country ski trail runs right in front of the house. Only a 5-minute walk to the valley station of the Stand-Xpress gondola (Metschbahn), which takes you comfortably to the skiing and hiking paradise of Adelboden - Lenk and is also an ideal location for parachuting. You will find a whirlpool tub to relax in.

    The accommodation

    Beautiful 3.5 room holiday apartment in an apartment building on the 1st floor on the left. The apartment is suitable for 4 people and is equipped with a living/dining room, Swedish stove, sofa, Swisscom TV, DVD player and radio. Kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine.

    Master bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm). Second bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm). Bathroom with jacuzzi/shower. Separate toilet (partition to the bathroom). The apartment has a balcony with a table and four chairs. Smoking on the balcony is allowed. Two children's sleds are available in winter.

    Public transport included in Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region can use public transport for excursions free of charge from May 1st to October 31st with a valid guest card. Outside of the summer months, all bus lines in Lenk are still available free of charge.
