Iffiglauf und Kids-Run

In the morning, adults will compete for victory on the crunchy mountain course, while in the afternoon, children will give their best at the Kids-Run.

At 9.15 a.m. in the morning, the starting shot for the mountain run will be fired. Top runners from near and far will decide the victory at the Lenk among themselves. Participants will embark on the 9.3-kilometer route with a 550 m elevation difference on natural and hiking paths along the unique Iffigfall after a mass start at the school square.

In the afternoon, it will be the children's turn at the Kids-Run. Depending on the category, the kids will run 1 to 3 laps of 700 m each.

With great memory prizes, the best runners will be celebrated at the subsequent award ceremony.

SiSa-Cup: The Iffiglauf is part of the race series of the SiSa-Cup, which is an overall ranking of the mountain runs Iffiglauf, Rinderberglauf, and Arnenseelauf in the two categories of men and women. No separate registration is required for participation.

Deadline for Online Registration
Online registration is already closed. However, late registrations are possible on-site until one hour before the respective start. An extra charge of CHF 10 will be applied for this.
