You have little experience with trailers and still feel insecure off-road. This course is aimed at all beginners or returnees. We will show you the basics of mountain biking techniques to learn or improve them. You will feel more confident afterwards and have more fun on your next tour.

- Bike setup
- Basic positions on the bike
- Basics of brake technique
- Starting uphill
- Front wheel lift on the trail (Uphill Wheelie)
- Instructions and tricks for operating your mountain or e-mountain bike
- Rules of conduct and tips for increasing safety
Equipment
Well-maintained mountain or e-mountain bike, helmet, glasses, gloves, weather-appropriate clothing, spare tubes, backpack, water bottle, snacks for in between, small first-aid kit. Mountain bikes can also be rented through us.
