It’s Chilby time again in Erlenbach im Simmental! On September 7, our annual KulturChilby will take place for the sixth time, this year at the school facility in Latterbach. There’s something for every generation!

Thanks to the valuable help of numerous associations, the fun festival for young and old will kick off at 4:00 PM. Bouncy castle, face painting, slide, play bus, children’s disco, lucky fishing, and the syrup and sweets stand will surely make children’s hearts race. Meanwhile, the older ones can prove their marksmanship at the laser shooting range, improve their balance on the bouncing mat, or have fun with ping pong or Töggelen. Additionally, the alphorn players and the mixed choir will provide beautiful sounds in the late afternoon.

In the evening, the young citizens will receive their young citizen certificate, and the folk dance group and the music band will delight with their performances. There will also be an opportunity to dance to the music of the Schwyzerörgeli quartet Witusenand. Those who have purchased lottery tickets can win attractive prizes in the evening draw. Of course, there will also be food and drink available. Throughout the afternoon and evening, Mätt’s Hüsi and Mike with’m Bike will offer their savory and sweet treats. Finally, at 9:00 PM, the bar wagon will be open, and one or another drink can be enjoyed to lively music.
