The company SAH Alpenkräuter AG was founded in 1991. It is located in a small village surrounded by lush meadows and gently sloping mountainsides in the heart of the Swiss Alps. Thanks to the unique location of the Simmental valley with above-average sunshine, we grow herbs that are otherwise only found in the Mediterranean. SAH specialises in the gentle drying and processing of these fresh, aromatic Alpine herbs. They are used to produce marvellous herbal salt blends, syrups and teas. A unique flavour experience!
