By women for women is the credo. We meet for a weekend to do sport, enjoy ourselves, get together, exchange ideas and chat – all among ourselves and tailored to our needs. And all this at what is probably the most beautiful end of the valley in the Alps.

Choose from winter disciplines: Freeride skiing, cross-country skating or classic skiing. You will be guided by experienced, highly trained and local women guides. We offer beginner and advanced levels. You will benefit from insightful tips and tricks regarding your technique and equipment and can consolidate everything during these two days.

Lenk offers a great area for freeride skiing, cross-country skiing with best view on surrounding mountain peaks. The freeriders will be out and about on the Betelberg or Metsch, the cross-country skiers on the trails on the valley floor and on the high-altitude trail on the Betelberg.

The Women Sport Days Lenk focus on the joy of sport and professional coaching. But we place at least as much emphasis on socializing and sharing experiences within the group. In addition to the hours outside in the snow, we will welcome you to an aperitif on Friday evening. On Saturday evening we will have a meal at the Hotel Kreuz. So there will be plenty of time to chat. Party ahoy! An all-round good time in Lenk awaits you!

Friday:
6.30 pm Welcome aperitif and check-in at hotel Kreuz. Introduction of guides and information round.

Saturday:
Technique and application in the respective sport, approx. 9.00 a.m – 4.00 p.m.
Joint dinner, approx. 6.30 p.m.

Sunday:
Technique and application in the respective sport, approx. 9.00 a.m. - 12.00 noon
Voluntary "Meet & Ciao" at approx. 12.15 p.m. in front of the Tourist Centre

Cross-country skiing team: Katrin Buchs and Denise Hunziker (by Lenk Sport und Events), Katja Bieri (former junior athlete in cross-country skiing)

Group sizes
Minimum 4 and maximum 8 participants per group

Guaranteed to take place
The WSDL will take place if there are at least three groups of 4 people.

Price

The Women Sport Days Lenk offer freeriders and cross-country skiers an unforgettable weekend for CHF 280.

All this is included in the price:

- Welcome aperitif on Friday evening
- Technical coaching and application on Saturday and Sunday. Details here (in German).
- Local and highly trained women's guides
- Dinner together on Saturday (excl. drinks)

Equipment rental
The local sports stores will provide you with equipment, especially our partners Bergluft Sport and Intersport Troxler.

Ski pass, cross-country ski ticket, lunch
If you don't have a ski pass or cross-country ski trail ticket, wait for the information on the specific programme from the guides. This allows you to decide which ticket to buy depending on the situation.

Information about lunch will also be provided on Friday evening.
