After a flat ride to the Simmen Falls, the steep ascent to the Rezliberg begins. Once at the top, it is worth making a short detour to the Siebenbrunnen, the seven springs of the Simme. After a short breather on a slightly ascending road, the steep climb to Langermatte really gets down to business. Only the fittest bikers ride the entire ascent on this ramp. It's nice to have e-bikes to make the ascent easier. The descent is conquered on a rough alpine road with loose stones in places. As soon as you reach the Ritzdole, above the Iffigfall, the road improves and promises a final highlight with the Iffigfall, which is more than 100 m high, before a relaxed ride back to the village of Lenk on asphalt roads.

The entire tour leads over asphalt and gravel roads (no single trails).
