First follow the signposts into the Üschenetal. From the end of the alpine road branching off to the north in the Ueschinen valley, you reach the Allmenalp on an easy, impressive high-level trail. You can easily return to Kandersteg with the Kandersteg-Allmenalp aerial cableway.

    Arrival at Kandersteg station
    South of the Lötschberg, north of the Kander valley: For this station between Brig (38 min) and Bern (61 min), there is an hourly service. The station is an ideal base for many excursions.

  • Allmenalp - Ryharts - Usser Üschene - Eggeschwand - Kandersteg

  • Even open hiking trails can still be partially covered with snow. Walking is at your own risk: Tourism Adelboden-Lenk-Kandersteg accepts no liability for the use of local routes.
