The start of this route is at Boltigen train station. You ride comfortably on the bike route to St. Stephan. Next comes an ascent to Reulisenpass via an asphalt road. The last ascent leads via a cart track to Hotel Hornfluh and Horneggli. The first part of the descent starts on a long, first-class singletrail through the forest. The second half alternates between asphalt roads and gravel paths. As the end of the route, you take a playful hiking trail from Reichnestein to Zweisimmen. Then it goes back to Boltigen again.

  • Approach

    Access towards Boltigen via Thun – Wimmis. Access from Bulle via Château-d'Oex – Saanen – Zweisimmen – Boltigen.

  • From Spiez take the train towards Zweisimmen. Information available on the SBB timetable.

  • There are several parking options available at Boltigen train station.

  • Boltigen train station - Reidenbach - Weissenbach - Garstatt - Grubenwald - Zweisimmen - St. Stephan - Schwarzbrand - Chälmad - Buchbüel - Bire - Rüwlispass - Parwengesattel - Uf de Chessle (Hotel Hornfluh) - Horneggli - Saanenmöser - Oeschseite - Reichnestein (along the Kleine Simme) - Zweisimmen - Boltigen
