You start in the village of Lenk and manage 270 m of elevation on the paved road towards Wysseberg. At Bleikestafel, take a left onto a wide cart track and cycle to Obersteg. From there, you take the paved road downhill towards Matten and turn left after about 700 m. The following section to the outer Bleike is a somewhat adventurous hiking trail, partly overgrown, sloping, and narrow. One spot is very overgrown and the path is almost invisible, but do not be deterred and ride through the bushes. Exiting the forest you reach a barbed wire crossing, which is unmarked and hard to see depending on sunlight. Caution is advised here, meaning you must not ride too fast! Opening this passage requires a lot of strength! This part of the route is the key section. From the farm to the Pletsche in Gutenbrunnen, the trail and paved road alternate, with about 2 km on a forest road/hiking trail. It becomes slippery in wet conditions and the last part up to the road is steep. From the Pletsche, it goes via the road back to the village of Lenk.
