Panorama Path: circular route over Bütschels (forest edge), Höhwald to the dam or vice versa.

Alternative: Moraine Path: junction at the road underpass north of the station, climb over the moraine to Höh to the viewpoint.

Various other magnificent walking paths crisscross the Höh.

Old rockslide area with massive moss-covered boulders; between them partly deep holes. Caution for children and dogs.

    By car via Frutigen or by car train from Goppenstein to Kandersteg.

  • Arrival at Kandersteg Railway Station

    South of the Lötschberg, north of the Kandertal: For this station between Brig (38 min) and Bern (61 min), an hourly service applies – an ideal base for many excursions.
