With varied routes for every level amid an original mountain landscape, the Simmental is a paradise for the recreational athlete.

This loop between the Nordic Zentrum Lenk and the Simmenfälle is a sporty route with some ascents and descents. 

  • Public Transport

    Train to Lenk. Check the timetable at the SBB.

  • Parking is available at the Nordic Zentrum Lenk at the valley station Stand-Xpress and near the Simmenfälle.

  • The entry to the cross-country ski trail is at the Nordic Zentrum Lenk.

    The race trail crosses the easier laid out trail repeatedly, allowing for switching as well.

  • Dogs are not allowed on the cross-country ski trail.

  • Equipment can be rented at the sports shops in Lenk and at the Nordic Zentrum Lenk at the valley station Stand-Xpress.

  • Check the opening of the cross-country ski trail in the snow sport report.

    Trail tickets are available at the Tourist Center Lenk, the Nordic Zentrum Lenk, and the sports shops. All trail passes can also be purchased and loaded onto your smartphone via the langlauf.ch app. Simply download the app and select the Lenk trails.
