First, you ascend about 500 meters in altitude with the Betelberg cable car to an elevation of 1634 m above sea level. Stoss is the starting point for various hikes. Some may know the area from winter because the Büggellift Balmen and the Kids Village of the ski school are nearby. The hiking trail leads us in the first section over blooming Alpine meadows and shady mountain forests until it finally merges into an asphalt road. From here, it goes gently downhill to the village of Lenk.

Approach

By car via Zweisimmen to Lenk. At the roundabout in the village center, keep right and drive to the valley station of the Betelberg cable car.
Public Transport

Accessible by train and bus. Timetable: SBB

Outbound journey: By train via Zweisimmen to Lenk. On foot or by local bus to the valley station of the Betelberg cable car.

Return journey: By train from Lenk.
Parking

Ample free parking is available at the valley station of the Betelberg cable car.
