In the middle of green, lush pastures of the Obersimmental lies our "pasture " Gsess at 1300 m.a.s.l. In the nature you can enjoy the view over the Obersimmental.

In the Weidehütte is space for up to max. 7 people. You will not find any frills that are not needed. What you will find is peace and quiet, time to relax. The view invites you to philosophize.
We wish you a lot of fantasy (because it is one of the most important things in life!) and a lot of time to dream. (Because that is at least as important!)

    Alpine hut about 3 km above Zweisimmen, simply and tastefully furnished. The beautiful hiking area Gestelen, Stierenberg and Seebergsee are nearby as well as the possibility for llama and goat trekking.


    You will receive a SIMMENTAL CARD during your stay.
    If you do not provide your landlord with your personal details and those of all guests accompanying you in advance, the landlord will not be able to issue a guest card for you and you will not be able to take advantage of the free and discounted offers on the SIMMENTAL CARD.
