The cozy and fully furnished 2.5-room holiday apartment is located in a quiet and idyllic south-facing position and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The apartment features a comfortable living area, a separate bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The furnishings are comfortable and provide everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The special highlight is the large, sunny terrace with an outdoor fireplace.

    Arrival & Parking

    The holiday apartment is located at Rainstrasse 27, 3775 Lenk im Simmental.

    The access via the private road is generally convenient by car. Please note that access in winter may be restricted depending on snow conditions and may only be possible with snow chains.

    In case of heavy snowfall, we recommend using a parking space in the village. We are happy to assist you in organizing a suitable parking space.

    During the booking period from December 19, 2026, to January 2, 2027, parking is exclusively available in the village. For loading and unloading, you may drive to the parking area by the accommodation depending on the snow situation.

    Please contact us shortly before your arrival so that we can coordinate access and the parking situation together.

    The apartment is situated in a quiet south-facing location above the village and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.

    • Village center Lenk: approx. 700 m / 10–15 minutes on foot
    • Lenk train station: approx. 700 m / 10–15 minutes on foot
    • Bus stop Gerbi: approx. 240 m / 5 minutes on foot

    The bus stop Gerbi is particularly convenient for winter sports enthusiasts. From there, you can easily reach Lenk train station or go directly towards Bühlberg, right into the beautiful ski area of Adelboden-Lenk.
