Future Chefs goes Wild

From 8 to 31 October 2026, the Oh de Vie restaurant will once again be taken over by our three apprentices from Thursday to Saturday. During these “Wild Weeks”, everything will revolve around creative game dishes and carefully selected wine pairings.Throughout this period, our three apprentices Janis, Loïc and Colin will once again take full responsibility for both the kitchen and service.
