Walking fever, 3392 km on foot from Flumenthal to Moscow

In 2016, Christian Zimmermann crossed the entire Australian continent with his shopping cart. He has already written the book "TransAustralia" about this adventure. He was so enthusiastic about this form of travel that he could not part with his very special means of transport at the end of the trip. Without further ado, he embarked his "Mrs. Molly". After three months, she came to him in Switzerland via Singapore and Hamburg.

In spring 2019, the hiking fever will grip him again! On May 5, he will start at his front door in Flumenthal and hike east. The route takes the author over 3392 kilometers through eight countries to Moscow. In 111 days, he will march through four time zones and climb more than 30,000 meters in altitude.
