The tour starts right away with the main ascent (900 m) up the Bühlberg and continues along a very steep alpine road to Hahnenmoos. From the highest point of the tour, the asphalt road leads to Adelboden. From here, the "old road" climbs approx. 160 m before leaving the valley downhill to Frutigen. The cycle path continues to Wimmis and over numerous asphalt and good gravel roads flat or slightly ascending through the Simmental back to Lenk.

    Via the cantonal road through the Simmental to Lenk

  • By train through the Simmental to Lenk: SBB

  • There are several public parking spaces at Lenk

  • Lenk - Bühlberg - Hahnenmoos - Adelboden - Elsigbach - Frutigen - Wimmis - Erlenbach - Boltigen - Zweisimmen - Lenk

  • If your strength wanes towards the end of the tour, you can also take the train through the Simmental back to Lenk.
