First, we take a classic hiking trail via Lenkerseeli in the direction of Iffigfall. The path leads through shady forest and partly along the water. The Iffigfall can be seen from afar or you can choose to take a short detour to stand in the spray below the impressive waterfall. From here, the view turns, as the path leads quite steeply upwards and then below the Oberlaubhor along the height back to the "Lengi Egge". This field name is significant as to why it is called "an der Lenk". This was probably derived from "an der langen Ecke". This is a brief digression into history - but we are at the trail run after all... The wide nature trail, which is also the access route for the surrounding Alps, leads us along the other side of the "Lengi Egge" towards the valley floor without any technical difficulties. Once you reach the Simme, it becomes flat. Now the nature trail leads downstream back to the village and you can stretch your legs.
