This short circular route leads around the Jaunpass and is illuminated every evening. The path winds leisurely with small ups and downs through the winter landscape, sometimes over open terrain, sometimes through the forest or past occasional trees. The lighting shines through the night every evening and shows the way. The path is groomed and marked.

  • Approach

    Access to Boltigen via Thun – Wimmis. In Boltigen/Reidenbach, follow the turnoff to the Jaunpass.

    Access from Bulle via Charmey – Jaun to the Jaunpass.

  • By train to Boltigen, then bus connection to the Jaunpass. Check the timetable at SBB.

  • There is a large parking lot at the Jaunpass (paid).

  • Jaunpass parking lot – Baragge Beizli – Schüpfhubel – Camping – Jaunpass
