The ascent first leads pleasantly uphill on asphalt and later a gravel road to Balemad. Here the route crosses the Wallbach and leads over a mostly steep climb to Leiterli. The ascent is already very scenic; from Leiterli to Tungelpass, the efforts are rewarded with a beautiful singletrack with breathtaking panorama. Over a steady up and down of about 250 meters elevation gain, the actual descent to Stigelberg is reached. A rocky singletrack runs through a wild side valley. The following alpine road serves as a link to Summerwald, a flowing trail that becomes increasingly technical further down. Finally, further singletracks lead down to the valley floor and back to Lenk. This is one of the best routes in the region and impresses with a high singletrack proportion and a unique panorama.
