Competition conditions

Participation in the competition is free of charge and there is no obligation to buy. All persons aged 18 and over are eligible to take part, with the exception of employees of Lenk-Simmental Tourismus AG and the participants of the Openair Cinéma and their families.

The winner will be drawn at random by Lenk-Simmental. The winner will be notified by direct message. No cash payment of the prize.

Personal data will only be passed on to the competition organiser, Lenk-Simmental Tourismus AG. Participants accept that their data will be processed by Lenk-Simmental Tourismus AG. The information will be treated confidentially.

No correspondence will be entered into about the competition. The organiser of the competition is Lenk-Simmental Tourismus AG, Rawilstrasse 3, 3775 Lenk im Simmental.

Lenk-Simmental Tourismus reserves the right to interrupt or cancel competitions for important reasons at any time and without compensation. Cancellation for good cause may occur in particular if the proper organisation of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. Lenk Simmental Tourismus also reserves the right to re-draw the prize if the winner does not respond to our notification within 48 hours.
