Competition conditions

Participation in the competition is free of charge and does not require any purchase. All persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate, with the exception of employees of Lenk-Simmental Tourismus AG and Simmentaler Bier, as well as their families. This competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram.

The winner will be selected at random by Lenk-Simmental. The winner will be notified by direct message. No cash alternative to the prize. The prize is valid for 2 people. There is no increase in value (e.g. if someone comes with a child).

Personal data will only be transmitted to the organizer of the competition, Lenk-Simmental Tourismus AG. Participants accept that their data will be processed by Lenk-Simmental Tourismus AG. The information will be treated confidentially.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. The organizer of the competition is Lenk-Simmental Tourismus AG, Rawilstrasse 3, 3775 Lenk im Simmental.

Lenk-Simmental Tourismus reserves the right to interrupt or cancel competitions at any time for important reasons without compensation claims. Cancellation for important reasons may occur in particular if the proper execution of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. Lenk Simmental Tourismus also reserves the right to re-draw the prize if the winner does not respond within 48 hours of our notification.
