Nüjeberg-Beizli

At around 1700 meters above sea level, the Gfeller family's Alpbeizli invites you to linger during the alpine season (mid-June to the end of August). On Saturdays and Sundays you can enjoy fine alpine specialties, home-made delicacies and an incomparable view - from the gentle hills of the Rinderberg to the majestic Plaine Morte glacier. The sun terrace and the cozy parlor offer the perfect ambience for a relaxing break. An experience that has been cultivated with heart and soul for five generations!

The Nüjebergdorfet takes place every year in July. The festival begins on Saturday evening with dinner and a bar. On Sunday it starts with a mountain sermon, followed by a performance by a yodelling club and musical accompaniment by Örgeler. The highlight is the traditional election of the champion cow. The festival is held in all weathers and promises a cozy mountain atmosphere.

Please note: Only open during the alpine season!
