A journey for the senses…
The highlight of the restaurants is the Restaurant Spettacolo. As part of the gourmet package, guests can choose daily from 6 of 15 changing dishes. The elaborately crafted dishes, which Executive Chef Anja Jungo and her team prepare and present fresh daily, are mainly based on local and Swiss products. The so-called cherry on top is the cheese buffet with over 40 cheese specialties. Gault Millau awards 15 points for this restaurant concept.
Special requests, such as vegan prepared dishes or the consideration of food intolerances, are gladly accommodated within the possibilities. The chef's creations delight the guests. The diverse and balanced wine list offers a suitable bottle for every taste, adding a special touch to the culinary experience.
