Beautiful and well-maintained 3.5-room non-smoking apartment in a two-family house in a quiet and very sunny location. Craft room can be used. Washing in the house is possible (washing machine/dryer), as well as ironing. Parking space in the garage is available. Bus stop within walking distance. 15 minutes on foot to the village center. Various sporting opportunities are not far away.

  • Travel arrangements

    You drive until the sign for Lenk. At the level crossing with the signage "Commercial Zone / Sagistrasse," you turn right and continue straight over the level crossing until you reach the intersection, where you turn right, take the first street on the left "Sonnhalde," and drive all the way up to the visitor parking lots. I will wait for you at the visitor parking lots. The key handover will take place directly through the landlord. When booking, please list the names of all guests so that the guest cards can be organized in advance, which I will hand over to you together with the apartment.

    Regarding the arrival time for the key handover, please contact me by email or via mobile +41 79 651 75 35 at least 3 days before your arrival. The keys, along with access to the wifi, will be handed over to you upon delivery of the apartment.

  • The rental price includes all additional costs and the parking space. The only exception is the cleaning of the apartment at the end of the rental period.
