• Introduction to the topics of presentation, social and communication skills, representing the Hotels Gstaad Saanenland, welcome culture, and hospitality

• The importance of the first and last impression

• Body language as a professional tool (facial expressions, gestures, posture, voice)

• Verbal communication (greeting, introducing/self-introduction, using informal/formal address, salutation)

• Small talk, the small conversation as a door opener

• Social media

• Dress code
