Over 300 different species of alpine flowers, grasses and lichens grow along the Alpine Flower Trail on the Betelberg! Thanks to around 90 signs, hikers and those interested can be enchanted by the world of alpine flowers on the 1.6 km circular trail. The hike starts at the Leiterli mountain station. Explore the botanical treasures now or register for an excursion with Margrit Dubi.
We are all familiar with alpine roses, arnica and gentian, but the meadows along the Original Alpine Flower Trail are populated by many other species - surrounded by a unique panorama between Wildstrubel and Hasler Hochmoor. The wide hiking trail from the mountain station in the direction of Steinstoss/Gryden is also signposted until it joins the Original Alpine Flower Trail. Particularly suitable for leisurely walkers and people with baby carriages.
