Our kitchen team is looking forward to spoiling you with our down-to-earth food. For us, the use of fresh ingredients is a matter of course. In addition, we use products from our own farm whenever possible, such as the meat, eggs, jam or apple sauce. Of course, the various cheeses, as well as milk, yoghurt, butter and cream also come from our own alpine dairy. Ask about our legendary apple juice, which we also produce ourselves on our home farm in the Emmental.
