From Allmenalp head west through the valley and make the ascent to Bunderspitz. From here, start the descent over Bunderalp to Adelboden.

Alternative route Via Bunderchrinde back to Kandersteg (5 1/2 hours, only suitable for experienced walkers with good trekking shoes and safe step)

  • Approach

    By car via Frutigen or by car train from Goppenstein to Kandersteg.

  • Arrival at Kandersteg railway station

    To the south the Lötschberg, to the north the Kandertal: this station between Brig (38 min.) and Berne (61 min.) operates hourly intervals - an ideal base for many excursions.

  • Parking list Kandersteg

    The destination has been decided, and so has the parking space - on this map, drivers can quickly and easily find the right parking option in the Oberland municipality. Well then: engine off, hiking boots on!
