    By car via Frutigen to Adelboden, Engstligenalp valley station.

  • From Frutigen by bus to Adelboden Unter dem Birg.

  • Free parking is available at the Engstligenalp valley station.
    • Trails are not prepared or cleared.
    • Follow the pink signposts
    • Stay on the marked trails!
